The Brooklyn nonet has charged their fans, via social networking mega-site MySpace, with the task of filling in gaps within its tour schedule. Already scheduled are dates in Seattle, San Fransisco, Los Angeles, Santa Fe, Denver, Omaha, and Minneapolis. The band is looking to pick up four additional dates. They only ask that the proposed locations are within a 300-mile radius of the cities already booked for the tour. Possible locations include Oregon, Northern California, and Arizona. Slavic Soul Party released a third full-length album, Teknochek Collision, in April of 2007. In addition to playing regular shows at Brooklyn’s Barbès on Tuseday, the band has been touring in support of its newest album. West coast fans of Slavic Soul Party eager to see the band play at their party, folk festival, high school reunion, wedding, or barmitzvah can contact the band through its MySpace page. Here is the band’s current itinerary: Slavic Soul Party: www.slavicsoulparty.com Email This
