Thom Yorke, Longtime Radiohead Artist Issue Art Collection

Verso Books will soon release a collection of artwork by artist Stanley Donwood and singer Thom Yorke (aka Dr. Tchock), most famous for collaborating on the cover art to all of Radiohead’s albums since The Bends.

Hitting retailers on October 1, Dead Children Playing will be the first book by Donwood and Yorke, a duo that also worked together on art for The Eraser, Yorke’s solo album. There is no formal text, only “text as artwork,” which will leave much to the imagination for diehard Radiohead fans. However, many artworks are presented here to create a large dialogue behind the much-discussed visual side of Radiohead.
